There are many annual "must dos" since moving to NYC and the Jersey Shore relay is a favorite must.  From an outsiders perspective it might sound like torture....getting up at 5am and jumping in a car to then drive two hours into jersey (a taste of life as a bridge & tunneler) to run.  For those non-runners out there this might sound like crazy talk but it really is one of my favorite things to do here on a spring Saturday.  We had five teams this year and as always, a great day along the shore. We were a little late making it to the starting line but not to worry, the guys on our team were speedy gonzalez and caught up to the rest of our competition in no time. There are many things about Jersey that I don't love but the Jersey Shore...what's not to love?!?
